OUR ADOPTION PROCESS
The Dog Trouble Foundation prides itself in being thorough when assessing and understanding both dogs and humans to ensure a successful, lifelong match between both. Many of our dogs have been on a tough life journey before reaching us. Therefore our selection process is thorough where we provide training and lifelong advice and support for owners of each of our rescue dogs. This makes us unique and ensures that all our dogs have a successful adoption placement.

We are committed to matching you with the ideal dog that aligns perfectly with your lifestyle and preferences. By carefully considering your energy, living situation and personal choices, we ensure a successful match for both dog and owner leading to a remarkable bond that you and your new furry companion will treasure.
Providing support
We assess and rehabilitate all dogs before advertising them for adoption. In addition, we provide an Induction Programme and support to potential owners of dogs being rehomed under this programme. We are passionate about matching the right dog with the right owner to ensure each dog has a happy forever home. We therefore ask for information from potential owners about their living environment and lifestyle and will conduct home checks.

Even if you have not found a dog on our website that you are interested in, it is useful to complete the form as this will register your interest and will enable us to see if there are any suitable dogs with our rescue partners. When a suitable dog may be found we can contact you.
