Here's my story
Geordie came to the Foundation from a shelter in Greece. He was adopted by a lovely, elderly, lady who loved him to bits. He lived very happily with her for 3 years until she sadly died. Jo had agreed with his owner that if anything happened to her Geordie would come back to the Foundation and live there with the Foundation pack.
After losing his loving owner, this brave little dog has found solace with the other sponsor dogs at the Foundation. Despite being blind, having a damaged leg that was never properly treated after being hit by a car, and having Leishmaniasis, his spirit remains unbroken. On top of this he is in pain from dental disease.
In addition to seeking sponsorship for Geordie we are running a campaign to raise funds to cover the cost of dental treatment.
